Never blank on a call again.
The right card from your prep, right by your camera, the moment they ask. Invisible in screen shares and recordings.

Invisible by design
GlideRail windows are left out of screen capture at the macOS level, so Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Loom, OBS, and QuickTime never pick them up, in live shares and recordings alike. On Zoom, that takes one setting: screen capture mode set to “Advanced capture with window filtering”. The one thing it cannot beat is a phone pointed at your monitor.
All your prep. Right where you need it.
Drop in what you already wrote, then put it next to the camera or right on top of the app you are demoing. Most prompters give you one box in one place. GlideRail gives you a library you keep between calls, folders, drag-and-drop import of PDF, Word, Pages, Markdown and images with on-device OCR, native tables and checklists, sticky notes, and multiple floating windows. It all lives in plain files on your Mac.
They jump ahead. Your notes are already there.
Real calls are not linear. Cue Mode turns your headings into cards you can jump between instead of scrolling, and on Apple Silicon, Live Rail listens for the trigger words in those headings and surfaces the right card as the conversation reaches it. It suggests, one click jumps, and it never moves on its own. Voice Follow keeps your place as you read aloud. Everything runs on your Mac; audio never leaves it.
Thirty seconds to set up. Sound like you practiced for hours.
No account. Nothing to learn. Notes are stored locally, there is no cloud and no sync, and it runs on macOS 14 or later.
For the calls you only get one shot at
Sales demos, client and renewal calls, telehealth consults, remote interviews, webinars, and Loom recordings: anywhere someone is judging you live and “let me pull that up” costs you the room.

Will they see me reading?
Not the way they would with notes on a second screen. GlideRail sits right under your camera, so your eyes stay a few inches from the lens instead of drifting off to the side. Keep cards short: a number and a few words are quicker to glance at than a paragraph. On Apple Silicon Macs, Voice Follow keeps your place in a longer script as you talk.
Does it really stay hidden?
Yes. GlideRail's windows never appear in Loom, Zoom, Meet, Teams, OBS, or QuickTime, whether it's a recording or a live share, full screen or one window. On Zoom, it takes one setting: screen capture mode set to “Advanced capture with window filtering”. Invisibility is part of Pro, free for 7 days. The one thing it can't beat is a phone pointed at your monitor.
How does Live Rail know which card to show?
It listens for the words in your card titles, plus a few words only that card uses. When the call gets there, it offers that card in a small chip: click it, or press ⌘↩, and it’s up. It never changes cards on its own. Name cards the way people talk, like “Pricing” or “Why we cut the second ad”, and it catches more. It runs on your Mac, and the audio is never recorded or sent. Live Rail is part of Pro and needs an Apple Silicon Mac.
Why pay for this?
The free version is a real tool: your notes, the full editor and auto-scroll, in a window right by your camera. Pro is what makes it work on a live call: nobody else sees it in the share or the recording, Live Rail brings up the right card, and Voice Follow keeps your place. Try Pro free for 7 days with no card, and if you buy and it isn’t right, there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What do I get for free, and what needs Pro?
Free is the whole editor and library, free forever: unlimited notes, four folders, the full editor with tables and checklists, drag-and-drop import, auto-scroll, Notch Mode, sticky notes, the clipboard, and as many windows as you like. Pro makes it invisible, and adds Cue Mode with Live Rail, voice scrolling, click-through and unlimited folders. If the Pro trial runs out, those features switch off and every note you wrote stays exactly where it is.
Which Macs does it run on?
Any Mac on macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Intel or Apple Silicon. Live Rail and voice scrolling need Apple Silicon (M1 or later). On Intel Macs, everything else works, invisibility included.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Use the free version as long as you like, and try Pro free for 7 days, no card needed. If you buy and it still isn’t right, there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee.
