# Before the call
- Who they are, what they do: [role, business]
- What they wrote on the booking form: [their words]
- Goal for this call: a clear yes, a clear no, or a booked next step

# Open
- "Thanks for making the time. We have [30] minutes, does that still work?"
- "I'll ask about where you are and where you want to be. Then, if it makes sense, I'll show you how I work. Sound good?"

# Their goal
- "What made you book this call now?"
- "If we fast forward [6] months and this went well, what's different?"
- "Why does that matter to you?"
- Write their exact words down. Use them later.

# Where they are now
- "Where are things today, in your words?"
- "From 1 to 10, where are you with [area]?"
- "What's in the way?"

# What they've tried
- "What have you tried so far?"
- "What worked, and what didn't?"
- "Why do you think it didn't stick?"

# What it's costing them
- "What does it cost you if this stays the same for [6] more months?"
- Money, time, stress, family: let them name it
- Say their cost back to them in their words

# Who decides
- "Is anyone else part of this choice?"
- "When do you want to start?"
- "Are you looking at anyone else for this?"

# How it works
- "This is how I work with people like you:"
- [Step 1: what happens first]
- [Step 2: what happens each week or month]
- [Step 3: where they end up]
- Length: [weeks or months]. Sessions: [how often], [how long]
- Between sessions: [how they reach you]

# What it costs
- [Offer]: [price]
- [Payment plan, if you have one]: [amount] a month for [N] months
- Say the price, then stop talking.

# "I need to think about it"
- "Of course. What part do you want to think through? The money, the timing, or whether it'll work for you?"
- Then answer that one thing.

# "I can't afford it right now"
- "Fair. Is it the total, or the timing of it?"
- If it's the timing: offer [your payment plan, if you have one]
- Tie it back to their cost: "You said staying stuck costs you [their words]."
- Never cut the price for the same work. Offer less for less if you want to.

# "I need to talk to my partner"
- "Makes sense. What do you think they'll ask?"
- "Would it help if they joined a short call with us?"
- Book that call before you hang up.

# "Will this work for me?"
- "What would you need to see to feel sure?"
- Point to their own words: their goal and what's in the way
- Only if it's true: "Clients who start where you are usually [result] by [time]."
- Only promise what you've done before.

# "Can I start later?"
- "Sure. What changes between now and then?"
- "What does waiting [N] months cost you?"
- If later is real, book the start date now.

# Client story
- Real results only, with their permission
- [Client type] came to me with [problem]
- We worked on [what you did together]
- [What changed] in [time]

# Next step
- "From what you told me, I think [offer] is the right fit. Want to start?"
- If yes: "I'll send the agreement and the link to pay today. Can we book the first session now?"
- If not yet: book the follow-up before you hang up.

# If you go blank
- Ask a question: "Can you say more about that?"
- Repeat their last words back to them
- Look at Their goal and What it's costing them
